Ms. Smolinsky is a Senior Associate, providing property management services across Savanna’s portfolio, in conjunction with third-party property management firms.  Her responsibilities include streamlining tenant communications and operational protocols, finding opportunities to improve efficiency and realize cost savings, and implementing portfolio wide initiatives on the property level including, but not limited to, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives such as LEED and WELL certification. Prior to joining Savprop, Ms. Smolinsky was an Associate Real Estate Manager at CBRE where she assisted in the management of ~700K sf of office and retail space. Ms. Smolinsky received a B.S. in Real Estate and Marketing from Syracuse University.
