Mr. Hayes is the Assistant Controller of Fund Reporting at Savanna. He is responsible for financial and investor reporting, maintaining controls, treasury functions, and tax and compliance matters. Prior to joining Savanna in 2024, Mr. Hayes spent a year as an associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Eisner Advisory Group LLC performing financial due diligence and quality of earnings for buy and sell-side transactions, and eight years before that as an experienced senior auditor in EisnerAmper LLP’s Financial Services Audit practice. Prior to joining EisnerAmper LLP, Matt spent two years as an auditor in Crowe LLP’s Financial Services Audit practice. During his tenure as an auditor, Mr. Hayes has audited predominantly private equity fund clients, hedge funds, broker-dealers with public company consolidations, and regional banks and credit unions. Mr. Hayes received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University Business School, New Brunswick, NJ.
