Mr. Li is an Analyst at Savanna where he works on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Li’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Li worked as an Analyst in the investments group at Heitman, a real estate investment firm based in Chicago. At Heitman, he was responsible for acquisitions. Mr. Li received a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
