Mr. Lipkin is an Senior Associate at Savanna where he works on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Lipkin’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Lipkin worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Mizuho Bank where he provided advisory and financing services to companies across the technology, media, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Lipkin received a M.S. in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and a B.S. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
