Mr. Gale is a Senior Analyst at Savanna where he works on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Gale’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Gale worked as an Analyst in the Condominium and Multifamily divisions at The Kolter Group, where he was responsible for underwriting new investments and managing assets in the existing portfolio. Mr. Gale received a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
