Ms. Paulich is a Senior Associate at Savanna, where she focuses on portfolio and asset management. Her responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, valuations, and portfolio analytics. Prior to joining Savanna in 2023, Ms. Paulich was an Analyst at Barclays, where she worked on the firm’s portfolio of commercial real estate debt, including syndicated balance sheet loans and acquisition facilities across all property types and U.S. markets. Ms. Paulich graduated with Honors from Baruch College in 2021 with a B.S. in Finance.
