Mr. Kramer is a Co-Chief Investment Officer at Savanna where he is a member of the Investment Committee and the Senior Management Committee.  He is responsible for new investments and managing assets in Savanna’s portfolio.  At Savanna, Mr. Kramer has led the underwriting, acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of over $3.5 billion of transactions across over 4 million square feet of space. Prior to joining Savanna in 2006, Mr. Kramer was an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, working in both the CMBS and RMBS groups, analyzing new investment securitizations. Mr. Kramer graduated with a BA in Economics from Brown University.  Mr. Kramer is a member of the PREA Development Affinity Group.  He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Brown Real Estate Group.  Mr. Kramer has guest-lectured at Brown University and Columbia University.  As a focused initiative of the Savanna Diversity and Inclusion Council, of which Mr. Kramer is a member, he has led a series of mentor sessions with Project Destined.
