Mr. Bonaventura is a Vice President at Savanna where he manages ground up, repositioning, and interior development projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. He is responsible for coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality control, and managing communication with third party ownership. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Bonaventura received his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and previously earned his Master’s in Construction Management and Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He also previously gained project management and consulting experience working on and overseeing over 20 development projects in New York City and Nashville, TN at the firms Horizon Group, Capex Project Management, and ValCon Construction Advisors, Inc.
