Ms. Dunbar is a Senior Analyst at Savanna where she works on acquisitions and asset management. Ms. Dunbar’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. Prior to joining Savanna, Ms. Dunbar worked as an Analyst on the Retail Acquisitions and Asset Management team at Nuveen Real Estate, where she was responsible for underwriting new investments and managing assets in the existing portfolio. Ms. Dunbar received a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
