Mr. Scala is a Vice President at Savanna where he manages the design, development and construction of the South Florida Portfolio. He specializes in value-add and ground-up projects. Prior to Savanna, Mr. Scala worked at a privately held real estate developer where he oversaw residential, retail and office projects across the United States. Mr. Scala attended the New York Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Architecture. He is a licensed Architect, Real Estate Salesperson and LEED certified.
