Mr. Criden is a Vice President at Savanna where he works  on  acquisitions  and  asset  management  with  a  focus  on  the  South  Florida  market.    Mr.  Criden’s responsibilities include acquisition  sourcing,  underwriting and  due  diligence,  financial modeling, and  deal structuring. Mr. Criden  has worked on  the underwriting and acquisition of  over  $2 billion of  transactions across  various  types  of  real  estate.  Following  acquisition,  he  works  on  the  repositioning  and  asset management  of  Savanna  investments.  Prior  to  joining  Savanna,  Mr.  Criden  worked  as  an  Analyst  in  the Commercial Real Estate Group at Deutsche Bank in New York. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Criden was on the large loan  origination  team where  he  focused  on  providing  financing  to  public  corporations and  private equity groups owning or acquiring commercial real estate assets of all property types within the United States.  Mr. Criden received a B.B.A from the University of Wisconsin‐Madison where he double majored in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Entrepreneurship.
