Linhadley Eljach
Vice President
Ms. Eljach is a Vice President at Savanna, where her responsibilities include leading, managing, and negotiating all aspects of lease transactions and drafting proposals, leases, and service contracts. In addition, Ms. Eljach engages in a range of operational firm initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and strategic planning. Ms. Eljach serves as a member of Savanna’s ESG team and Savanna’s Women’s Initiative.
Prior to joining Savanna, Ms. Eljach practiced law as an associate attorney at a real estate law firm. Her practice focused on representing purchasers of luxury residential condominium and cooperative units in New York City, and borrowers in commercial lending transactions. Ms. Eljach received her B.A. from Hunter College and J.D. from Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Ms. Eljach served on the executive board of the Emory Developments Bankruptcy Journal and the Real Estate Practice Group.
