Savanna’s disciplined leasing and project management teams have transformed underperforming properties into vibrant, flourishing assets. Our project management team oversees construction projects large in scale, while our leasing team ensures a vibrant tenant mix and well leased portfolio. Redevelopment of our properties is done with an eye toward building systems productivity and green initiatives. We use high-efficiency HVAC equipment to reduce energy costs. Low-flow plumbing fixtures reduce water consumption, lowering water/sewer bills. Natural light and views are maximized with taller windows, open layouts and low workstation heights. Low VOC paints, construction adhesives/sealants, wood materials, carpet, and furniture are all sourced to protect indoor air quality. The result: a healthier and more productive environment for our tenants. Read more about the sustainable practices we implemented in our redevelopment of 245 & 249 West 17th Street.

Savanna has been particularly effective in buying well located, older buildings in our markets, repositioning those assets with upgraded infrastructure, and then redelivering the improved, 'stabilized' asset to the market.
